my haircare routine
at the moment, my hair care routine is made up entirely of products from brazilian brands, not very accessible for those who live in other countries. i left the names in the portuguese version of my carrd.
i do hydration and nutrition once a week and reconstruction every 15 days! pre-shampoo only three times a week, and tonic whenever i wash my hair. acidification once a month. ends repairer twice a day. i make sure to comb it with an anti-breakage brush with soft bristles! i wash it three times a week with shampoo. i also use a satin cap for sleeping <3
movies that resonated with me
my favorite genres are coming of age and slice of life. i'm passionate about asian cinema in general; the way they portray complex emotions in such a raw and genuine manner impresses me greatly. my favorite directors are: hideaki anno, shunji iwai and park chanwook. i usually keep track of all the movies i watch on my letterboxd ☾⋆⁺₊
